Plot

It's summer, and Edward wants to go on a bicycle trip. But someone stole the bicycle! After stealing his father's bike, he goes on the trip. But the Bicycle Speed Police caughts him speeding and the bike gets arrested. He asks his for help...

After a hot confrontation with the Policeman, the bicycle is returned to it's owner. But is it a happy ending?
